This course is a basic introduction to electrodynamics. We will begin with an overview of Maxwell's equations and how they fit into the framework of wider physics. Then we will follow the standard route through electrostatics, magnetostatics, to electrodynamics and eventually electromagnetism, returnung to Maxwell's celebrated equations. We will then look at these equations in the light of the special theory of relativity.
